Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
Pack the Product
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
